Freakin’ Knuckle Dusters!

I have come to the conclusion that I am the trendiest person on planet Earth. I am so in tune with the current trends. In reality, every fashion retailer in the world should be vying for my employ, hoping to harness my ability to predict what women everywhere will soon crave in order to make their profits skyrocket. Know what I’m sayin, chief?
If you aren’t completely oblivious to what’s going on in the fashion world (and if you don’t live in middle America), you may have noticed girls wearing two-finger rings. Maybe three-finger. Heck, maybe four. These little beauties have come to be known as knuckle duster rings. Why? Well, because brass knuckles are also called “knuckle dusters.” These rings require the restriction of multiple fingers, just like brass knuckles. Get it? Got it? Sweet.
It is only a matter of time before you start seeing these things in the little impulsive buy section by the counter at H&M and other stores. Mark my words. Soon US magazine and other trashy celeb mags will be zooming in on the hands of Miley Cyrus and whoever else is wearing them. I can see it all now with my crystal ball.
My personal favorites right now are the key rings. No, not key rings like you put keys on. Put like cool looking, old-school skeleton keys that go across your fingers. Just trust me. If you don’t know what I’m talking about…you will know soon enough!
